Lick Ice Cream

I believe Lick Ice Cream makes the best ice cream around. With locations in Graceville, Wilston and The Barracks close to the Brisbane CBD, Lick makes rich and decadent ice cream, with cream and eggs, just the way ice cream is supposed to be made.

I was first introduced to Lick after discovering that they were the supplier of the famous Ekka strawberry sundae. Not long after the Ekka, I paid a visit to one of their stores and was mesmerised with all their options and types of flavours. My personal favourite has to be their Nutella ice cream; other favourites include their Cookies & Cream, Choc Chip Cookie Dough, Hokey Pokey and Chocolate Sorbet. For those folks who are looking for a dairy free option, they have a range of tasty sorbets.

Occasionally, Lick introduces new flavours to mix up their offerings. Lick also offers ice cream cakes, depending on the size of the cake, most flavours can be picked for the base, it’s covered in a butterscotch and Belgian chocolate sauce, and you can choose up to 4 flavours to be scooped and placed on top of the cake.

Over the years, Lick Ice Cream has expanded where they stock their ice cream. Lick can be found in many local grocers, cafes and even some Woolworths stores around Queensland, New South Wales and Canberra.
